Pricing

Four stages.
One continuous engagement.

The pricing follows the same logic as the work itself: start with the business, not the tool. We begin with a free audit, use the diagnostic to map the real gaps, then scope implementation and ongoing partnership around what your operation actually needs.

That means no fake fixed package pretending every trades business is the same, and no implementation quote produced before anyone has looked at how your business really runs.

How pricing works

Stage 01

Free Audit

20 minutes

Free

A 20-minute working call to spot the obvious revenue leakage across enquiries, booking, follow-up, and operations. You keep the findings whether you proceed or not.

Stage 02

Full Diagnostic

Credited back

£1,000

A detailed diagnostic across your customer journey and internal operation. We identify the gaps, prioritise them, and put a commercial value on fixing them. The £1,000 is credited back if you proceed.

Stage 03

Implementation

Scoped after diagnostic

From £5,000

We build the system the diagnostic specifies around your trade, team, tools, and workflow. No generic package. No off-the-shelf setup.

Stage 04

Ongoing Partnership

Month to month

From £1,000/mo

We stay involved after go-live: monitoring, tuning, extending, and improving the system as your business grows.

Pricing principles

The pricing is designed to reflect
how the work should actually be done.

Diagnose before you buy

We do not quote implementation before understanding how your business actually works. The diagnostic determines what should be built and whether it is commercially worth doing.

Scope follows the findings

A plumbing firm with missed-call leakage needs something different from an HVAC business with renewal leakage or a growing team that cannot hand off jobs consistently.

Partnership, not software seats

You are not buying logins and hoping your team configures them. You are paying for diagnosis, implementation, and ongoing ownership of the result.

Offer ladder

Four stages.
One clear progression.

Cleaner than a package menu, sharper than a vague retainer. Each stage earns the next one by making the commercial case clearer.

What affects implementation cost

Why implementation starts at
£5,000 rather than a flat package.

How many points of failure the diagnostic identifies across first response, booking, follow-up, and retention
How many channels need to be covered: phone, web, WhatsApp, social, quote follow-up, review generation
How many tools and handoffs need integration across calendars, CRM, inboxes, and team workflows
How much owner dependency needs removing from day-to-day operation

The diagnostic exists so you know exactly what should be built before you commit to implementation spend.

What the investment covers

This is not just setup.
It is system design plus execution.

The implementation fee pays for the system specified by the diagnostic to be designed, configured, integrated, and made usable in your real operation.

Customer-facing systems

Missed-call recovery and instant first response
AI qualification, booking, and follow-up
Quote chasing, no-show prevention, and reactivation
Review generation and retention sequences

Internal operations

Job handoff and notification workflows
CRM configuration and pipeline visibility
Reporting around what the system is recovering
Integration with the tools you already use

Ongoing management

Monitoring and tuning after go-live
Monthly review of conversations and outcomes
Adjustments as your business or team changes
Continued optimisation rather than set-and-forget

The guarantee

If the first 30 days do not show measurable improvement in the area we diagnosed, that month is free. We designed the diagnostic. We built the system. We own the result.

No lock-in. Month-to-month on the ongoing partnership. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Pricing FAQ

The questions that matter
before you spend anything.

Why is the diagnostic paid if the audit is free?

The free audit identifies whether there is a meaningful opportunity. The full diagnostic is the detailed commercial and operational work: mapping the gaps, prioritising them, and specifying what should be built. If you proceed, the fee is credited back in full.

Why do you not publish a fixed implementation price?

Because the work should follow the diagnosis. A business losing jobs at first contact needs a different system from one with quote leakage, weak handoffs, or owner dependency. Fixed pricing here would either be misleading or padded.

What does 'from £5,000' usually cover?

It covers a scoped implementation based on the diagnostic findings, typically across the highest-impact customer and operational gaps first. The final scope depends on channels, integrations, workflow complexity, and rollout requirements.

Is the ongoing partnership locked in?

No. Ongoing work is month to month with 30 days' notice. The point is to keep improving a live system, not trap you in a contract.

What happens if we do not see measurable improvement?

If the first 30 days do not show measurable improvement in the area we diagnosed, that month is free. We designed the diagnostic, we built the system, and we own the result.

If there is a real opportunity in your business,
the free audit will show it.

Start with the 20-minute conversation. If the opportunity is real, the diagnostic becomes the next obvious step. If it is not, we will tell you directly and you will still leave with useful findings.
